Objective  

This cancellation policy is designed to provide clear guidelines on cancellations and refunds, ensuring transparency and fairness for all participants. We recognize that circumstances can change, and our aim is to accommodate attendees while upholding the integrity of our event planning.  

Background  

MarketsLeague is committed to delivering valuable experiences and insights through our events. To support effective planning and resource allocation, we have put this cancellation policy in place. By clearly defining the terms of cancellation and refund processes, we strive to create a positive and professional environment for everyone involved.  

1. Cancellation Requests  

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent via email to support@marketsleague.com. Phone calls or verbal requests will not be accepted.  

2. Refund Eligibility  

25% cancellation charges applicable after making the  payment on any given day or till 45days before the event date.

75% Refund: Ticket cancellation before 45 days

50% Refund: Attendees who cancel more than 30 days before the event date will be eligible for a 50% refund of their payment.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date are non-refundable.  

3. Processing Time  

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date the cancellation request is received or the event has been completed.  

4. Event Postponement/Rescheduling  

If the organizer postpones or reschedules the event, participants will have the option to either:  

- Attend the rescheduled event, or  

- Request a full refund.  

5. No-Show Policy  

No refunds will be issued for attendees who do not show up on the event day without prior cancellation. 

6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy  

The organizer reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants.
